This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Bag and Scent. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information.

2. Shipping Times

International Orders: 7 to 15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to local courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method (or the weight of your order). We may offer free shipping promotions on orders over a certain value within the UAE from time to time, which will be clearly stated on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped from our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package through our courier partner. If you do not receive tracking details within a few days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
5. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may not be able to deliver your order. Bag and Scent is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Bag and Scent is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier or local courier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
7. Delayed Shipments
While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions (e.g., sandstorms or heavy rain), carrier issues, public holidays and religious observances (e.g., Eid holidays, Ramadan, or UAE National Day sales), or customs processing. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
8. International Shipping and Customs
For international orders outside of our core UAE service area (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are not controlled by Bag and Scent.
